In the patent case you’re referring to, the plaintiff is Medytox, not EOLS. There has been no update I’m aware of since I commented on the case in #msg-168142185.

p.s. EOLS’ Korean supplier, Daewoong, is a competitor of Medytox, and there is outstanding litigation in Korea between Medytox and Daewoong that does not affect RVNC.
