Now let’s talk facts in Q1 of 2021 QNTA sold product (NOT the company, they sold PRODUCTS) to the company in Armenia … unfortunately the Armenian govt was disputing how the product should be imported .. medicinal versus therapeutic versus homeopathic etc etc … In any event, it eventually was written off as bad debt so to speak Ultimately the accounting firm (like many companies in the world right now) are scaling back in clients and they used the confusion in how the sale of Products Was Handled as their reason to stop services
ULTIMATELY It should be known Qnta already has secured accounting services by a reputable firm
As for the SEC … in time that will (imo) all be explainable just as Dr Mikaelian said in November… if “if” qnta had actually done some thing as egregious as dragon lady keeps spewing the sec would have shut them down. With Covid MANY challenges arrived … less staff everywhere including the sec … these things take time .. also if anyone has ever worked with any govt related type entities they are freakishly slow … QNTA has been open and transparent and is open to questions and will answer things freely they are able to discuss
