QNTA_a_SCAM: "SOLD_THE_COMPANY_AND_FORGOT_TO_TELL_THE_ AUDITOR"_OR_SEC_WTF ????
Ole Arthur Mikaelin aka THE CON "sold QNTA" to some "US FARMATSEVTIK" but sorta kinda FORGOT to tell the shareholders of this con-job OR "THE SEC" or their own damn auditors and it's was SOLD in March and he "mentions it" to their Audit firm in April 2022 LMAO WTF CON IS THIS NOW ??????
The QNTA-a-CON auditor QUIT and made a formal written letter dated only April 18th, 2022 (with reminder and DEMAND YOU SEC 8-K THIS TO COVER US LEGALLY !!) that:
"YOU, QNTA and your CEO SOLD THE PUBLIC TRADED COMPANY TO SOME ENTITY NAMED "US FARMATSEVTIK" back in March 2021 BUT FORGOT TO TELL US WTF so we QUIT as your auditor dated IMMEDIATELY" and..... good F-ing luck with your FORMAL SEC INVESTIGATION LMAO WTF ?????
NEVER have I seen a con n scam THIS BAD of "YOU SOLD THE COMPANY" but didn't tell anyone, let alone your damn CPA/AUDIT FIRM and then LAY OFF THE ENTIRE FEW PEOPLE YOU HAD and you and your two sons make a run for the Dominican and are in hiding off-shore now LMAO ????
