If you have other tickers check FINRA first thing in the morning and a couple of times during the day,it will at least give people one trading day to bail. I also check my news scanner for EDGAR releases. Jan thru April is always RS season. There are some during the rest of the year but for some reason those four months are crazy with reverse splits.

Smith is a CON ARTIST,he lied to all shareholders saying his shares were going to be part of the split.
