Good morning foxi.
The EU and FDA agree on just about everything. If you look at some of my earlier posts I lay out the existing ENZC test results and the universally accepted technology used to achieve the published results. Here's a link to EU/FDA approvals:

The FDA has actually been quicker to approve what are considered "orphan" drugs. These are drugs that are not spinoffs of existing drugs. ENZC's entries and patents fall into these categories.
