That is what I am trying to figure out from what I heard. The judge is going to toss him and us from the intervention, and make him pay for the time of everyone there who came for nothing. I guess this sends him back to the CA case out there, unless she puts him in some sort of "lawyer jail" where he cant practice for a while. She was that pissed.
