3 billion SHARES out there - less than 1 % of shares traded traded out of the 3 billion.Not happening yet. We need 50-100 million shares traded daily to get PPS up and keep going up. Also at these low PPS day traders and short term players will not let the price to get to high - need more VOLUME!!! JMO.
