Who is “we” and how did they discover that?

Today we discovered that the Form 10 is not effective until 60 days after it is filed, in spite of the SEC's earlier greenlight. Form 10 was filed by $SRNW on March 18, 2022, so it will become effective May 17. OTC Markets typically reflects the "current" status the following day
