If you're just looking to make $ on scams, there's gotta be better ones to choose from. The new rules you mentioned should have made it easier to find them, not harder. Some of the worst offenders have been weeded out already.

I hear XFCI's a good one. :-)

Have you tried using the OTC stock screener?

Unfortunately you can't just type "scam" into the search box to pull up a (very long) list.
