There are brand spanking new temporary interim measures to provide reimbursement by MHRA after approval but before NICE formal price evaluation for companies with products so situated. The temporary reimbursement is done for companies that need more than three months between approval and final/formal NICE evaluation. Reimbursement is paid on a cost neutral basis, which allows profit (sometimes more than it will eventually be valued at). It would be a massive improvement from specials for any company that received it.
