As I understand it there will be closed conference's among all lawyers involved.Perhaps all this will be cleared up but I have a sense that won't be the case.
Let's put it this way. It is never good when a judge thinks you are a douchebag, and asks opposing counsel what sanctions to levy on you. She wants statements from both sides by Wednesday before she rules. It is especially bad when she tells you not to do something, and you do it anyway. Rader has some serious fence mending to do if he wants to get anything from this judge. As always, JMO from watching the hearing. Will get into more with my report to come.
