So now it becomes how lucky are those people who are allowed to take A2-73 in the drug trials. I have been waiting to take 273 for 6 years. I would like to be able to access the drug asap.

The line will be forming shortly. Once the treatment balloon goes up you will need to hurry . Between now and then established MRI, infusion clinics, radiology clinics and every Amyloid care facility making $$ from dementia will be lobbying to not mention and prevent AVXL word from getting out. They all have a lot invested and stand to lose bigly, all IMO.
When AVXL trial information begins to get whispered, verified and validated then bigger changes will be possible. IMO, right now there are strong interests who want to keep everything quiet-BVR. That assessment is becoming more obvious every day. There is no other rational explanation for the AD-CNS treatment world's continued silence. IMO.
Also consider, the recent massive screw up by the FDA to (sort of ) approve BIIB AD treatment (the one that blew up in the FDA's face) is likely/possibly also having a dampening impact on the CNS worlds information flow process. I do not fault AVXL for staying away from that kind of FUD cloud.
