Do I read it right that it said that they get that even if they don't contribute the capital pursuant to 4.3.2 which again refer to Exhibit D. Is that strange? Just like Duffy agreeing to pay all penalty fees without question?
You are right a Lawyer had to right this up. My opinion of them isn't much better than the one I have of DUFFY. Most of them are parasites that either feed or cause misery for others. At the cost of their self serving interests.
