Your observation is quite accurate. There are exceptions, of course, but they’re rare, and often not entirely unexpected. The worst is banishment to the Expert Market. In that case, it’s up to the company to deliver hard facts and meet regulatory requirements. I don’t see a loss of current standing here. The new SEC rule 15c2-11 has certainly had the positive effect that the executives of Pink Current companies will think twice before becoming so negligent.
