If the rs occurs when the pps is above .15 (possible if they shows fin in the Qs report & keep updating new contracts PRs), they should up list to Nasdaq, not OTCBB. With .15, an rs only requires 1:50 that wont upset current investors much...new 19mil OS is ok for snpw with the expected future revenue...It is mho.
