Ya, exactly my fear...more dilution before doing anything.
Multiple ways this can happen:
- Uplist warrants at 5.50
- Pre-uplist warrants at 8.00
- Pre-uplist warrants at 7.20
....or, the grandaddy of them all...tapping the $125 mil shelf.
Obviously, we all prefer them getting price up to the warrant levels as it would at least give us a trade to recycle. BUT if they hit that shelf first...we're all f****d!
Of course, there would likely be some sort of sudden stock ramp on huge volume to create liquidity to fill the book for said shelf tap. Plus, I don't believe they've filed the EFFECT yet...so there would be a warning shot.
