Missling just wants to just wait on the proxy voting while the price is under pressure; can you blame him?
He will be getting a sizable option award at a market related priced strike price; the lower the better for him and ALL of those in line for those goodies!
Interesting theory. Another theory may be that Missling is more than a little aware of the possibility of a potential buyout/takeover.
By not hyping the potential value of the company he is able to build the value without attracting undue attention thus reducing the possibility of a buyout/ takeover.
The would be longer term thinking vs short term thinking.
The value of this company gets unlocked when NDAs are approved. Rett will demonstrate the MOA for the skeptics. An AD NDA will get WS completely involved.
