I'm sure Geert did not have any bad intentions, rather impatience due to excitement and anticipation of good results. Who wouldn't want to share those asap?
Regulation FD is pretty specific. All material information has to be broadly disseminated. If Geert violated this basic tenet of a public company, AF would be right to call him out.
Either Geert has the goods...or he does not. But he should not determine who hears the news first.
