I 100% disagree. Tempe and Tucson were build outs
Chicago was doing great, just got hit in the pandemic. It is coming along and getting the attention it needs to be even better than before. Was difficult to hire for awhile there but that is rapidly improving.
Utah is doing great, got hit by pandemic, but now moving along again.
Distressed by a temp situation like pandemic is much much different than 'failing'
Snakes and Lattes as a larger company was able to weather the storm, even grow and now in a rapid expansion mode as many great cafes convert.
