IMHO they have NOT been released because the 20 bill WAS WMI's MONEY and illegally taken via FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCE or conversion of assets as I stated way back in 2008-09 and WMI HAS A CLAIM against both the ESTATE as well as the FDICK for that.
ALL imho
