I think it's something that someone or an entity has to report, when he gets enough shares that total over 5% of a company's shares. Not sure of other implications.

I think CEO Tim should answer that to be fair, would help clear it up for alot of shareholders.Hope he does respond soon like to buy more shares,but this does need to be explained. Thanks for bringing this to the board.
