ggwpq, not if you’re treating triglycerides over 500. Technically it’s ok because of the two indications for V. Your right that it could lead and does lead CVD patients to GL. I think AMRN is doing an excellent job negotiating with and educating payers/pharmacies to fix this issue by negotiating for lowering tiers and copays. It’s been reflected in several formulary updates. IMO
