I could be wrong but I thought Crone was the law firm for both Instadose(US) and Instadose(Canada) at that time.

Whatever the case, Jody is a reputable attorney, I remember following one for her OTC mergers a few years ago, working for Betty and Barry Sytner, Infinity Oil and Gas(IGAS). That one merged with Ignyta, Inc, uplisted to NASDAQ and was later bought out by Roche Pharmaceuticals for $1.7 Billion dollars.
