What is considered a big holder?

I am still holding, have my doubts everyday, but at this point I will hold so I have skin the game if/when they do something! Of course this is a pink empty shell with no operations.

What ever happened to the merger with that guardstruments company? Should have been easy to do that, so my guess is that is a dead issue.
