Regen has effectively been bankrupt but just never filed. It doesn't have to when trading on the OTC. Hence why Koos lists on the OTC and has never attempted to uplist even though he's thrown that to investors to pump up the share price in the past.

Is it really that difficult to see the con being played here?

RGBP will not go bankrupt. The worst pinks survive by converting debt to shares. Dilution. The 1 billion shares in the A/S will be issued over the next few years, fattening the CEO pig's waistline at the expense of shareholders. If being down 92% from the highs isn't enough, the market has no problem bringing this further down. Dilution is the #1 concept of the pinks that is ignored by shareholders.

I will be here documenting the hundreds of millions new shares as they are printed! Going to be fun.... BUT, ZERO chance of bankruptcy! That's too easy! Years of pain is the way of the pinks! Remember though...the patents! lol

Bridge, I don't think that is the case. Looking at the Rgbp chart, the 9 SMA has broken thru the 21 SMA to the UPSIDE....... This may be a good time to Buy some stock...........
