SEC Lawsuit, states, “Shah, Clarke, Csurgo, and Antevorta failed to register their stock sales pursuant to Section 5 of the Securities Act. Therefore, their Zenosense stock should have been restricted from resale, because Shah, Clarke, Csurgo, and Antevorta were Zenosense affiliates.”

Could those shares be locked up?
