What?? The SEC lawsuit says no such thing. It says:

After a period in which Zenosense was defunct, a Nevada state court on December 8, 2021 granted a petitioner's request for an order appointing the petitioner custodian of Zenosense with authority to revive and reinstate Zenosense as a corporation in Nevada.

That is what custodians do. The SEC isn't granting its seal of approval.

The SEC doesn't like shell companies. The chief purpose of the amended Rule 15c2-11 was to eliminate public shells.
