I have asked many times, who did we buy the shares from?
Did Carter and or Diedre authorized dilution at the merger, raising an extra 6 mil for the whole ordeal, paving the way for them to figure out a way to leave out the shareholders? This would explain why there hasn’t been a 10k filed since 2015; by delisting, they don’t have to explain anything to anyone.
