With all due respect when you talk to the board and you mention someone's name such as Daniel not everyone on the board is privy to who Daniel is. Can you clarify where Daniel is from (who he works for) and what his job title is. That would be very much appreciated. It also doesn't hurt to respond to people once in a while.

Not trying to be harsh here but when someone (such as Daniel) makes a comment that it (update) will happen after something it is an open ended statement.
If John told me the above statement I would ask him how long it would be before nailing down a few remaining details. That would give me a huge idea of where Daniel is on all of this.
