Agreed. I never trusted this company. When the stock went much higher, I figured maybe i was wrong but today's news is awful and to be released on a long holiday weekend is even more brutal for those holding and now have to think about this all weekend long

the stock was down nearly 10% yesterday so i am sure some knew this was coming
