Roger that JWW… I forgot about the markup… my bad! I believe the earnings should hold thru 2022… and yes, if the Fed Rate keeps heading North, then markups will follow… and therefore, the PPS.

This quarterly will be the tell… or at least a very good indicator as to whether this has been a good hold (for me, for now).
