Where has this been revealed before? Don't requote it from today's doc, paste the link of a PRIOR filing that revealed this information so we can see it there! THESE are terms and conditions! THIS is part of what I was asking the SEC to demand the company to reveal! Now they suddenly revealed all classes today? Gee, what made them "decide" to do that now, when, as you say, SOME of these preferred were issued years ago. WHY TODAY finally tell us the details about them? ;-)

If any of this would have been revealed before, then wouldn't ONE of you shareholders have stepped up and replied to my several prior posts about this information being hidden from shareholders? Why wasn't there any "debunking" of my prior posts about the lack of disclosure of the terms? ;-) The answer, is obvious, right?

Designation and Rank. GREAT DD. Great factual ENZC information, once again proving false claims just that. False. I can’t believe a nobody retail investor actually claimed to have forced the companies hand to release this old information that was already known. Lmao!!!
