PM... my drug of choice is the outdoor adventures... racing motocross, canyoneering... to mention a couple. Real estate is just not my bag... was thinking of flipping a couple of homes, but, this housing bubble is going to do one thing... BURST! Not the time to get into real estate... buy low!... when the big dip happens.
