This is about the only day I was away from my computer otherwise I had intention to sell a quarter of it and buy it back cuz I kind of thought this would happen. But I guess I'm in for the long ride

That is correct BOBO. RS's has a negative connotation. RS's are for companies that can't wipe themselves and are looking for someone to do it for them. RS's has its place but should not occur with profitable companies.

I can tell you what will happen after the RS's. I've seen it many, many, many times. The stock will plunge then the CEO will continue to raise money by diluting the stock again and again and again. Investors will get use to companies living off investors and stop supporting the company.

KGKG needs to make a sustained profit over at least 3 quarters before a buy back If they are making a profit, why not buy their own shares and retire them. A company that buys their own stock and retire the stock shows how they value investors and that a company has faith in their efforts and the sector they are catering too.
