The slow start on L2 is meaningless. The post that beer provided carries some weight. Not readily available to many yet because of morning blahs. By 10AM action should be picking up. For my 2-cents, while the MMs can easily crush any surge, I believe it is probably best to let the VXIT shares trade freely. If so, I see an up-day!
