Also, it is important to keep in mind that Security Submissions are no longer a major factor. Revenues are. Though the OTC submission is VERY important, it remains that retail traders will see it.

Posters here are, I think, but VXIT lacks the attention of masses right now. Not too long when that will change. IMO, the actions VXIT is taking, albeit behind closed doors right now, should be considered a 'mini' OTC IPO.

If VXIT follows through on accomplishing what they propose to do, masses of retail traders will rush to the train station. Longs patience WILL be worth it when the business plan pans out.
