What is their telephone number?
Where are they incorporated?
What was their prior corporate structure?
What is their current corporate structure?
Who is their president/CEO?
Who are their officers?
Who are their directors?
Where are their financial statements?
What is their revenue?
What are their expenses?
What is their gross and net?
Has their been a valuation?
What are the terms of the Reverse Merger?
This and about a thousand other unanswered questions?

The real point being: The fact that none of this information is readily available is a huge red flag indicating a probable pump and dump.
