I did not get that vibe from the call. As I see it he has no concerns using more shares (dilution) to pay for anything else he scoops up. It makes the owner that is selling to CBDD have a vested interest in seeing CBDD do good things and brings them along for the ride rather than dump their company and run.
One , I agree with your last statement that it would suck for those holding so long Two I agree with Baldali’s answer Three, it’s been said many many times by many investors including myself, I’ve never seen a r/s ever work out for the better. My conclusion is this CEO knows all this and I doubt he will do an r/s
