One , I agree with your last statement that it would suck for those holding so long
Two I agree with Baldali’s answer
Three, it’s been said many many times by many investors including myself, I’ve never seen a r/s ever work out for the better.
My conclusion is this CEO knows all this and I doubt he will do an r/s
