Again, you have no idea how this works. None. Zero. The IROC guys sit in front of computer that alerts them to unusual trading patterns (up or down). They then contact the company to find out what is happening and sometimes they request that the company put out a news release to clarify why the stock is moving in the absence of news. This happens almost every day, and you would know this if NIOCORP was not the only stock you have ever owned. Stick to your countdowns.
