The decision to put out a news release when the shares started running for no apparent reason was not a decision made by NIOCORP. IROC told them they had to do it.

The IROC guys sit in front of computer that alerts them to unusual trading patterns (up or down). They then contact the company to find out what is happening and sometimes they request that the company put out a news release to clarify why the stock is moving in the absence of news. This happens almost every day, and you would know this if NIOCORP was not the only stock you have ever owned.
