I would assume they are aware that people are seeing what they are doing. I would imaging they also believe that the people that are seeing their actions can’t do anything to stop it.

2 attorneys got together for brunch this morning & after an hour of heated debate re: uoip, this is their mutual narrative on our case ~

(1) Forget settlement versus jury award
(2) Focus on the money and where it goes - settlement or verdict doesn't matter.
(3) The money goes to the same place - into the corporation.

Why ? Well, it can't go to the legal crew because they have no forum or entity to put the money into.
There is no bank account that says "legal crew" that a judge would allow the money to be routed into.
(4) So the money (let's say $1 billion) go into the corporation. How does it come out ?
> Dissolution and the disbursement of shares - maybe.
> Buyback by the corporation of X outstanding shares - possibly.

But whatever the decision, the shares are treated equally.

So switch the focus from the settlement agreement or jury award, and focus on where ANY money goes once the deal is made or the award is announced.

It has to go into the corporation.There is NO WAY around it.

Judge: Maryellen Noreika will be receiving a letter shortly notifying her regarding minority shareholders, since billy boy has 900 million shares, she will be abriefed of some outstanding issues.
