Jim - To clarify, I don't believe the MM's are the only reason for pps, but I am 100% convinced that they've played a major role.

The most obvious manipulation that I've ever seen took place a couple months ago at the beginning of the year, when we hit 0.15. At that point, VIRT + OTCX joined forces running the exact same algo, in sync with one another to drive the pps down. This is not conspiracy theory, as I captured them in real time. Neither were actually selling and/or buying, but rather hopping off/on the bid & ask, to lower both. Once the pps got below 0.10, the OTCX+VIRT tag team stopped. For the week when we were straddling 0.10, the tagteam would appear when we were above .10, then stop when were below. Once we were held below, they went away.

I sent all of the info, as well as the real-time step by step screenshots showing this, to both the SEC via tip form and email, and to Charles. I never heard back from Charles, but did receive an email back from an SEC Branch chief, thanking me for the info.

In addition to the above, I have never seen such a coordinated & relentless 24/7 attack on ENZC, where the effort to convince retail to sell ("for our own good...LOL) is endless. Everyone can interpret this as they wish, but my interpretation is that we are 100% absolutely in the right place.

That said, the main reason that they are able to control/manipulate this ticker so easily, is because of the lack of retail volume/buying pressure, which in my opinion stems from the audit/not being SEC Fully Reporting.

No Audit/Not SEC Fully Reporting = Too Much Risk = No Retail Volume

It is my belief that many retail traders will not take the risk of ENZC until they are officially recognized as an SEC fully reporting Company, and held to the rules that come with it. Because of this, volume is non-existent making it almost risk-free for those in control to manipulate it as they see fit.

In addition, I have not hidden the fact of my displeasure with what Tom has done, as I believe that it hurt ENZC's credibility big time. You can't come out and twat that HUGE ANNOUNCEMENTS COMING, mislead people to believe that they will really be HUGE (list #'s of Equity, SpecialSituations, etc..) and a "MarchToRemember", then drop some regurgitated fluff bs. Legitimate companies don't do that, and I am still speechless on how/why Tom still has a job representing them.

All of that said, I do believe that most of things behind the scenes are on the up and up. I say this because companies like INTEL & SAMSUNG do not associate themselves with companies who are not. Obviously there is no way to know this for sure, which is where part of the risk comes into play. Also, the amount time, money, effort, illegal coordination, etc... to "save us from ourselves," that has been spent here, is not spent on failing companies.

Time will tell whether I'm right or wrong in my continued faith in ENZC, but as of this moment in time, I still believe...
