Are these guys diluting? I thought OS was maxed, what is STXG doing on the ask?

You might be close on those percentages. I am still going through all 106 trades and it seems more like 60/40 when you exclude the many cross trades this morning. Also, I am taking out all the trades done below brokerage fee costs because that is obviously a MM trade. I will look at it deeper at close so I have finals in.
