They would have had to file for an AS raise if they dilute anything more than like 100k shares. Same for if any preferred shares are converted.

There were alot of preferred shares issued last yr on 4/1

Maybe those are now being converted and being sold into the market?

I dont know how that all works. But share structure on otc markets hasnt been updated since the first...

Im sure others know the answer on how that works
