Still... respectfully, "policies" of an Administration strongly influence the actions from the FED... stopping the construction of our own pipeline is just plain idiotic... no matter who does it.
Confidence has been lost by MANY... and it influences the world... and is kicking the A of many stocks because of a lack of confidence in our government.
Look at it anyway you want... but confidence drives much in this world.
