I'm not debating what a coming soon campaign is or whether they are 'real'. I am aware of this.

What I'm debating is whether the totes, and the booth adverts, fall under the 'coming soon' category. I think they do not. MID thinks they do. And insulted me for questioning his logic. The nerve I've got.

And yes, the coming soon campaign is only supposed to be used for a treatment that is anticipated to have approval within 6 months. And that's real 6 months, not NWBO 6 months.

The main argument against the coming soon theory is that, and many people don't know this, anything on a company's website falls under the 'coming soon' umbrella. So if any of the information they're using on the tote bags and in the adverts, "DCVax-L (R)" etc, has appeared on the website in the past (which it has) it should have been subject to the coming soon rules. That it popped up on a tote bag is irrelevant.
