When this was all transpiring in Q3/4 of last year, your claims were that this GUARANTEES approval by March and that there is no way around it. NWBO either gets approval in time, or faces severe punitive results from the FDA.

Now that it has not transpired the way you GUARANTEED, you're saying "well, the FDA can choose whether they want to enforce this. It isn't a hard fast rule".

Just fess up that you got this one wrong. There's no shame in that.
