Send wires. But I get my wires for free. I am still playing with monies in my Etrade and Ameritrade account. Haven't added new money for years.

HLLK is fully up to date with their filings at otcmarkets, and appears to be DTC eligible. Not sure why Etrade is passing on them while other brokers are not.
