May be some are expecting good news from Koos via a filing/PR. Retail is the last to know.

The uptick in volume & price is bringing back memories of that run to .08.

Remains to be seen what the volume will be if and when good news is officially out. (At these prices,it might be a few hundred of million).

On April 8th it will pass 30 days after Regen's Investigational New Drug application was submitted. If FDA doesn't stop it by that date, the company may start human trials.
It's a big thing IMO.
That's how I understand it.
